"One of their semis drove through my neighborhood in the middle of the night and sideswiped my parked car, destroying the driver's side doors and breaking my side mirror off. It was all caught on camera from multiple angles thanks to my neighbor's security systems. Despite that, Epes denied responsibility and fought my insurance carrier all the way. On top of all this, Epes has awful customer service...unprofessional and unsympathetic in the face of the issues they caused me."

"One of the worst company I have ever worked for. Drive wise is a complete joke and u might as well fire ur trainers if you base all your point system on drive wise because it gives the trainee no room for improvement let alone its not calibrated properly when changing lanes and freaks and distracts new drivers to the point of paranoia. I think they shouldn't fire trainees under one month of training.I am disappointed with this company and all they care about is people being robots and the camera inside the cab should be a privacy violation. I hope you do better one day and calibrate the lane change distance its not right !!!!"
