"Blue Ridge Flooring did a great job with installation of our LVP and carpet. Their prices were actually better than Carpetland USA, CVA Flooring and comparable with The Floor Show. CVA Flooring scheduled twice to come out to give an estimate, but didn't show the first time and cancelled the second time last minute. The Floor Show however insists on full payment of the job and product up front, relying on their local reputation to justify payment for the full job prior to completion of the work. They also charged for an estimate - a nonrefundable charge that applies to the job if you choose them. Blue Ridge Flooring is also a locally owned company. Their installers communicated clearly when they were coming, worked hard, were mindful of cleanup and our schedules and were very polity and friendly. Blue Ridge owners came out to do the estimate and give recommendations. In addition to their reasonable pricing, they required a payment for a portion of the labor and product up front and the balance was to be paid upon completion. We are very happy with their work and wholeheartedly recommend them!"

"Friendly staff, and the salesman I worked with knew so much about carpet and that made the ordering experience wonderful. I learned more about carpet than I ever thought I would want to know. :-) when the crew came to replaced the carpet in my room they were very careful to not scuff up the walls, there was one seam that was needed and they did it perfectly. I will be going here for any future flooring needs."

"Mark is very nice. We had a two hour consultation to discuss floor/tile options. I followed Mark's advice on premium floor and tile choices. The floors I purchased were installed by Mark's crew less than a year ago. Despite using recommended commercial floor, the LVT is fragile, hard to clean, and has started to de-laminate. Repeated attempts to contact Mark after install were unsuccessful."

"We had work previously done on our bathroom by an independent contractor that was horrible, so we wanted to play it safe with our redo and go through a professional flooring company. The contractors laying the flooring were prompt and nice. However, they did a poor job lining up up the flooring to the wall and we have to remove much of the caulking and replace it. We were also quoted for PVC quarter-round, but were brought a tack-strip. We had our own quarter-round strip and my husband had to install it. The flooring is good quality, but the end result is not professional level. Additionally, the plumber wasn't on the schedule until they called at the end of the job, put his arrival nearly 3 hours later. The bolt had been broken when the toilet was lifted and the plumber was rude about it even though we had no idea it had been broken when the contractors removed it. We were also not told there would be a disposal fee for the toilet or a fee when the new toilet would be put down. In fact, we had called and asked about that prior to the work being done and were told that there should be no added charges. We appreciate the professionalism of the contractors laying the flooring and the fact that Blue Ridge Floors took off the fee for the toilet disposal, but we are still upset about the cost for work that is not professional quality."

"Superb staff and service! Stacy and Cindy are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Mark, one of the owners, gave us the estimate and is very helpful. Steve and Andrew were excellent installing the flooring. We highly recommend!"
