"I watched Dr. Collings personally assist an elderly lady in a wheelchair back to the reception area. There are still doctors in this world who care. From check-in to each testing site back to check-out everyone was courteous and helpful. The young lady in optical tried so diligently to be able to save me funds through insurance. I had previously purchased glasses from a discount store but the bifocal placement was incorrect. I very much appreciate the time and effort of this young lady in fitting me correctly and being so dedicated to giving me the best service possible at the lowest price."

"Harman Eye Center provided me with excellent care during my cataract surgery in February 2021. Dr. Harman performed the surgery and did an excellent job. I moved to Florida 6 months ago and now need cataract surgery for the other eye. After calling numerous eye care surgeons in the area I moved I decided to travel to Forest and have the surgery done by Harman Eye Center. I was disappointed to hear that Dr. Harman had retired last year but look forward to Dr. Morris to perform the surgery tomorrow. Harman Eye Center has excellent customer service and I was pleased with each employee that I spoke to about my surgery. I would highly recommend Harman Eye Center!"
"While the people are personable, their forms did not include the updates that their e-system had already asked for. Duplication of efforts. The doctor, while knowledgeable, made the patient feel as if the condition being checked was unimportant. Then, at the end of the session introduced a possible diagnosis that was quite surprising."
