"I was frustrated by a flooring company that couldn’t seem to get me my bid. No return calls, etc. for two weeks. I called B & H on a Tuesday. Brad met me Thursday morning and I had an estimate in an hour. The price was fair and the installation schedule fit our needs. So far, so good. I’m hopeful that the installation is as seamless as the first part. I am very satisfied to this point, and will post again after they finish."
