"I put down $250 out of $1500 to retain a lawyer. Months go by so i just decided to do what i needed myself instead, so i call back to get my money. for 2 weeks i kept getting told “our office manger isn’t here.” the receptionist was rude to me every single time i called, along with my family because they refused to give me my money back. Little to say they finally told me i could get it back but they had to keep $75 because the case was already opened. How can a case be opened when i haven’t even gave you all the money, or the papers for you to even open a case? Over it!"
