"Wait was short, taxes were done right and in a timely manner. Was explained In terms I could understand and follow along as my taxes were prepared. Staff was kind and charismatic. Will continue to go there for my taxes."

"they have no clue what they are doing. I could have had my 6 year old file them for me and get better results. I paid them 483$ and I get a letter from the irs saying my state and federal were not filed properly and need to be redone."

Most people do not want to pay the extra money to file but with all the incentives that are provided, such as the tax loan and the emerald advance come at a time when I really need that extra money. I also love the professionalism of the tax associates as well. I would not do my taxes with any other company."
