My Nails

"I have been going here awhile now although I love My usual Nail Tech Jenny she’s very kind and professional and I like the way she does my nails Last night I noticed one of the ladies cleaning with no cleaning solution the place was Soo dirty …. I have noticed for awhile now the uncleanliness And that they don’t sanitize the salon as they should I won’t be returning which is so sad for me because I Love my Nail Tech on top of this one Nail tech there is always soooo loud u can’t even enjoy your experience with all of her loud talking Everytime I go there she’s constantly very unprofessional with the noise Updated review as of August 2023 I no longer like this nail salon they are so unprofessional talking too much amongst each other while u r trying to relax as a customer u can’t unwind and relax cause they are constantly talking to one another in their own language I can understand co workers talking amongst themselves but constant non stop talking loudly it’s too much there’s bugs flying all around , the place is so dirty they don’t sanitize the chairs properly and the attitude of the lady who did my nails tonight was Soo rude No longer comming here again they don’t value or respect the customers I’m paying my money and can’t even get a enjoyable relaxing experience"

"Horrible, horrible customer service, if you can even call it that! The negative reviews speak for themself! Avoid Ann, who is the rudest and loudest one in the Salon. She will literally tell you she doesn't care if you tell her you don't appreciate or like something about your service. Her and the rest of the staff will all talk about you in their language right to your face, show attitude and act beyond unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs! They change their prices on the spot too - their price list is completely wrong and handwritten for a reason. Their quality of doing nails is terrible too! Pay more and find a better salon!"

"I went in to have my acrylic nails soaked off, the tech was in a rush and kept trying to pop the nails off with another nail after I told her she was hurting me. She then used boiling water under the acetone to try to soak the nails off faster when I told her it was too hot she still would not listen. When I went to go pay she asked if I was giving her a tip which I thought was very unprofessional. Once she was done and I left to go home I noticed the tech didn’t soak the rest of the acrylic off one hand."

"A nice variety of nice and beautiful colors. Ann is very talented and she is very hard working. The place is very safe and clean. I will most definitely come back to get my nails done again !!"
