"This company was assigned to deliver my furniture that was purchased online. They called me the same day they received my shipment and scheduled delivery for the next day. I received a phone call at 9am and 20 minutes later, the driver arrived at the house and unloaded the furniture. I wanted to share my experience among all the negative reviews because the satisfied customers rarely give a review. Thanks again."

"Couldn't think of a worse delivery company. They were supposed to provide delivery services for Lowe's to install a washer and dryer machine. Let's begin with I had a window of 8am-12pm. They did not end up arriving until 4pm. In order to get the washer and dryer up the stairs and into the apartment they had to go over a banister. They refused to do so. I received a refrigerator a couple months prior from Lowe's, and that delivery company had no problem safe and effectively getting the appliance over the banister. Maybe Lowe's should reconsider their business relationship with this company."

"Really hope Lowe's considers using a different vendor for shipping. Refrigerators should be at the top of the list for deliveries, not ovens or washers/dryers, you can easily go a day without those, not a fridge. I'm very disappointed how my fridge still isn't here. No one seems to know anything or given me updates on my orders. Don't use them if you don't have to."

"Dishonest, scammers, one of the worst companies in Hampton Roads… just read the reviews. Never would have used them but company we ordered mattress from used them for “white glove” delivery service. Told to be home Friday between 130-530pm and they would text 30 min prior to arriving. They never showed and never got a text. Found out after 6 phone calls to Asia and a couple hours later that they said we weren’t home and they took a picture. After reviewing the picture they went to our neighbors house 2 doors down. Literally the ONLY house without a car in the driveway on the entire street. I like to give the benefit of the doubt but after reading the exact same thing happening to others there was no coincidence. Don’t see this company lasting for much longer with this type of services"

"Super frustrating. I was supposed to receive my order, but did not. They were supposed to call me 30 minutes before delivering, never did, and now my order is saying an entire new order was created! I tried calling the company, and they basically told me they couldn't help me and to just wait or call the company I ordered from. I tried calling them, and they couldn't help me either. It has been a super frustrating process! I wish the delivery hub would have called me to let me know what's going on, at the very least."
