"I finished initiation today. This is an amazing place for those who want to get better. We had someone leave after 12 hours because he didn’t feel pampered enough. He admitted to being a professional wounded warrior, and honestly wouldn’t surprise me if at best he doesn’t want to get better and at worst is faking his deployment issues. "It’s been about a 3 years. I was suffering from anxiety, depression etc. off and on. When you are so used to looking out for others and being darn good at it I struggled with asking and needing help. I experienced what they referred to as “post traumatic growth”. Rounding out my time with group and individual talk , yoga, TRX exercise, meditation, archery, horseback riding and numerous other outdoor activities helped build the mind body connection.
