"11/10/23 Edit- Adding an additional review for my second experience with MyProMovers. I hired MyProMovers again to assist after my husband and I sold my home and needed to relocate out of state with everything we would need to furnish our new apartment. This time we were assisted by Andres and his team, who were very kind, timely, respectful, and definitely strong! They had no issues with packing or loading/unloading our very heavy furniture. I greatly appreciate their hard work and dedication to making it a successful moving experience. The only issue we experienced during this move was a change to our quote, which we do not blame our actual moving crew for (so I haven't let it impact the 5 stars in this case). The additional costs were partially a result of more packing required than initially intended (when I became very sick just prior to the move and was unable to finish some packing tasks myself). It would be great if in the future MyProMovers could do an in person or virtual tour of the house/belongings as part of the estimate process for those requiring packing assistance (I found this hard to describe via online estimate alone, outside of the standard items like furniture). Regardless, I still recommend them, as the price for the amount of work & packing was still fair. Initial review- Nazir and team were fantastic, moving all our things effortlessly and with care. They finished in less time than I anticipated and I would highly recommend them."
