"The receptionist seemed to have an attitude problem. I really didn't like the way she spoke. Then when I signed in I didn't put a phone number due to my phone being broken and when she saw that the way she waved her hand over the paper saying ' I need a number, I need a number was so unprofessional. She didn't know my situation nor did she try to ask. Other then that, I enjoyed my experience there and look forward to returning."
"I came in for a shampoo cut and style. The stylist Marisel was great! Very friendly and professional. I received exactly what I wanted!! Definitely will come back!"
"My barber happens to be an instructor here. So occasionally, my sons and I come here for our appointments. The facility is very clean and well kept. Has a very professional appearance upon entering and the labs as well. The receptionist are very attentive; respectful and polite. They communicate well with to coordinate appointments. I love the fact that the stylist are all learning and aspiring to be professionals in the field. But don’t let the fact that they are learning fool you into thinking they are not legitimate! They have a passion and skill for what they do. I booked an appointment with Makayla to cornrow my 13 year old son’s hair with two braids (like Miles G. Morales). She did an amazing job and even gave me tips and pointers for upkeep. Stop by and give this institute a try!"
