Portsmouth City School Board

"The Portsmouth VA School Board should encourage the Portsmouth Public Schools Transportation Dept. to hire the required number of qualified drivers in the Summer season. Full-time, part-time and substitutes. We're in October and we still don't have enough drivers to get to our students to their schools on time? I contacted your Transportation (as I do almost daily). The supervisor said he was hiring 4 more drivers. Obviously, they haven't started, yet. His assistant said she didn't know the drivers schedules and she wouldn't know until October. It's October now, will our children get to their schools on time? I sent a similar message to you on FB. It wasn't answered."

"PLEASE HELP CHANGE THIS SCHOOL WILLIAMS E WATERS MIDDLE SCHOOL. HOW MANY PARENTS MUST COMPLAIN THIS SCHOOL YEAR OF 2015-2016 I have had 4 children attend this school, I must say that the school year of 2015-2016 has been the WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN, lack of help in the office, guidance counselor has to sub for testing, my heart go's out to the office attendant who I think may have been their since the time my boys was at waters she is always over worked always in the office by herself also has to run all over the place looking for students when there parents come to pick them up, nothing in that school SYSTEM IS CORRECT ON THE STUDENTS FILES. THE VISE PRINCIPAL DRESS CODE HER SELF IS OFF THE CHIN, I CAN SEE HER UNDERWEAR, I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE HUMAN FECES MY CHILD VIDEO IN THE BATHROOM, VERY UNDERSTAFFED AND OVERPOPULATED, THEIR IS NO WAY A PRINCIPAL WHO PUTS THEIR HANDS ON A STUDENT SHOULD BE IN CONTROL OVER THE SCHOOL, WHEN SHE CANT CONTROL HERSELF,"
