"Stopped today to drop off Amazon return. Woman working rudely announced that the self service kiosk was available. Someone asked if it would accept returns that weren’t already packaged. Instead of answering the elderly woman, she took a large deep breath and raised her voice, “just follow the directions on the screen.” I said, “okay, where do I place the package after I label it?” Instead of answering, she said, “just follow the directions on the screen,” even more annoyed this time. If she were paying attention, she would have realized that I had a large package which barely fit in the slot. Literally the people in line were shaking their heads, and making comments such as “every time,” and, “why is she always so mean?” She treated a woman like this about a month ago, and the woman in fact needed a service that required her to need an associate to complete her transaction. It’s worth driving a few miles to the Haygood store to not deal with the neighborhood “mean ups lady,” and witness her make people feel stupid."

"Very attentive to the customer!! As soon as I walked in the door, the lady at the front desk, Jen, saw that I was out of my element and needed some assistance. I told her I don't usually come to a UPS store and was unsure how things go. I told her what I needed and she immediately helped me without question; told her my concern and she took the helm. I felt very comfortable and satisfied that my concern wouldn't be a real issue at all."

"The store manager / notary is very, very rude. The previous customer irritated her, then she took it out on me. After reading numerous other negative reviews, this seems to be the norm. The go-to attitude appears to be for the manager to get annoyed with a customer, then tell them to leave while threatening to call the police. Save yourself the angst and just drive to another UPS store where the franchisees aren't openly antagonistic toward the people who are paying their bills. This is way too much drama to endure just to get a document signed or send off a package."
