"Tried to ship a prepaid package. They said they don't know anything about prepaid shipping and wanted 37.00 dollars to ship something already paid to ship. Feels like someone scamming or someone is not trained properly. Please do better ups. We in the Hamption Roads area have enough people ripping us off. We don't need you doing it too."

"My package arrived broken & the head was busted on its arrival to its destination. It wasn't packaged as the guys said they would when I dropped it off. I wont use them again. I only gave a 1 star because it arrived when they said it would. This could really hurt my efforts doing one of a kind custom craft items. UPDATE: I have since received a refund from UPS of which is important to be acknowledged & compensated though I am still concerned as to how it could have busted. It had to be forced somehow. I appreciate that my unfortunate damage was addressed I am still unsure how to proceed with large items, however will resume sending my smaller items such as my wands. Therefore I upgraded my star status to a 4 until I feel totally confident again."
