"Have never had such a poor mail related experience. There was one worker working the counter while another employee sat around on their phone with "T-Mobile because their phone bill was too high". The worker was professional enough, but gave grossly incorrect information relating to postal processing estimates, to try and sell more expensive options. "14 days' they said for my ground package going to a neighbor state, it actually arrived the next day. Another package was over $30 to ship because they incorrectly gave estimates. Avoid this location at all costs."

"Beware, people here steal items from packages. I dropped off three international packages here at three different times, and all arrived with missing items in three different destination countries. It caused a loss of more than $10,000 to my business. We will be seeking legal action. If anyone had similar experience, please share."

"I wish people knew more the difference between The UPS Store and UPS drivers/shipping company. It would help a lot more to understand as to why UPS stores function the way that they do. The employees are spectacular & amazing at this location. Thank you for their work ethic and effectiveness. This location is one of the best in the area and need to be recognized more. "Brought in a wedding gift for my niece in Arizona on Thursday 10/19/23, paid quite a sum for it to be carefully packaged and shipped, with expected delivery on 10/24/23, and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED yet except "label created" and it's 10/23/23. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE at the store (17 tries over several days) and the VOICE-MAIL is "FULL." This is absurd. How in the world will it arrive tomorrow if it's still sitting in your store on day 5? Just the worst possible decision for me to use UPS Pack n Ship. I will advise everyone I know to use FedEx or literally any other option."

"AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS THEY STEAL IN THERE!!! I would trust a carrier pigeon to send my things before I go to this store yet alone use UPS again! Take your business elsewhere. I’ve had too many situations with missing Amazon packages that I dropped off for returns and messed up shipments for it to be coincidental. Amazon will give you your money back after enough weeks have passed if your return is scanned but doesn’t show up. After reading these reviews I am just now realizing that it was them in the store! Only the drop offs that involved electronics were missing or delayed, all of the other items showed up at Amazon. Now my sister has mailed packages to our family that were opened and had items stolen. The store is closed and UPS won’t allow a claim to be filed online. The police aren’t very helpful either. Shame on everyone. WE NEED OUR THINGS BACK OR SOME MONEY BACK AND YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE ARRESTED"
