"If you liked to be nickle and dimed, this UPS Store is just for you! They want to try to charge $3.39 just to LOGIN to their computer and then charge $1 PER PAGE to print! Yep, read that right! ANY OTHER UPS Store in this area, you can email the store email and they will print it for $1 for the first page and 25¢ for each page after that... I would NEVER step foot in this UPS Store for ANY of my shipping needs, print needed or not. That is absolutely INSANE for ONE piece of PAPER! Hope these people can sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off..."
"This is my « go-to » UPS store since 2010 when I moved into the neighborhood. It is Convenient to Mount Vernon, has good office hours, and easy in and out parking available. They also have full service copying and computers available to assist with document scanning and retrieval. I have consistently had great service here for many years, and my shipping/ copying/ document handling expectations and needs have always been met."
"Poor customer service unprofessional and rude attitude : I got charged 3.39 for printing 1 page. VS Fedex quicker, cheaper and friendlier than here. Not coming back here. DONT WAIST YOUR $ NOT WORTH IT"
"Incredibly helpful staff and great service! I came in with 70 sweatshirts to send to 70 different people all over the world. Andres, the manager, helped me bag all of the sweatshirts, organize them, and ship them out while multitasking with other customers. Outstanding service!"
