"Assembled my complex new gas grill. Very prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient. I was kept informed of his arrival time with phone calls the day before and the day of service and he even had a phone link so I could see where he was in route. He also took the time to show me things I needed to know about the grill, cleared all the boxes and other packing materials. I would use this service again for sure."

"Just received our mattress and the service could not have been better. Andreas and Brian came out to our home in the Triangle and were courteous, timely, and very attentive to detail. Our bed frame was installed quickly, and mattresses placed with care."

"The mover for Mays Logistics that I had experienced were down right lazy. I had bought a mattress from Mattress Warehouse and Mays Logistics is contracted to deliver your items. So on delivery day everything was in order to have the bed delivered and set up. As soon as they arrived Mr. Callaway (one of the two movers) was not very approachable, no hello, good morning, just show me where it's going. That I could have dealt with. He looked at the stairs with no measuring anything said he couldn't do it. The bed we ordered was a queen size the same as what we have already just the base was one that is motorised. He then proceeded to tell me that I should have had my bed taken out which with any mattress warehouse bed they remove the bed and either take it to the curb or for a fee recycle. He also tried to tell me my headboard was attached which it was not just leaning against the wall. Mr. Callaway proceeded to take pictures of my stairs and make calls the other mover Mr. Monte was very nice trying to explain the lingo of why it couldn't be moved. I stated that I could call my husband for help, and that they could even leave it we would figure it out. While Mr. Calloway was making calls I had told Mr. Monte that I needed to get my daughter from school, which is down the block, he agreed stepped and outside. I was gone a total of 10 minutes and I watched them leave. They left no note and didn't call to let me know what was going on, also their time slot still had an hour for the delivery. So the delivery was rescheduled. For five days later the same two delivery men showed up. Mr. Calloway said it couldn't be done even though talking with the mattress warehouse employees said it could be done. So they just brought the base and mattress in the house downstairs, then where ready to leave without taking the old out to the curb. I had to show them my receipt to prove that they were to take it outside. This is why I say that they are lazy, it took my husband and myself less than five minutes to get the base that Mr. Calloway said wouldn't go upstairs, in place. They didn't even bother taking the matters upstairs. As I had stated before Mr. Monte was great but as for Mr. Callaway could really benefit from customer service training and learn how to actually move furniture."
