"I went to a membership event. I was ready to join so I patiently wait for the lady to finish with the gentleman in front of me. When she finishes the lady gets up and starts walking away from me. Rude. Strike 1. Ok so I follow her even though clearly I wanted to have a private conversation. So now we are in front of everyone at the front desk where she lies and say she emailed me and she hands me a packet. Strike 2. I notice in the packet that Seniors 65 and over, people under 40, and Active military get discounts on the monthly payment. So I ask why aren’t veterans included in the military discount. She proceeds to say that this area is full of veterans and the Admirals on the board decided not to include them. Well this area is full of 65 and older people yet they are included. That was the last strike. How can retired military sit on a board and vote to exclude veterans like our 20+ years of service mean nothing. I make more than that monthly payment in one day but there is something about the disrespect and the disregard of veterans that turned me off."
"Loved every visit! Views from the expansive patio is spectacular! Sometimes they have live entertainment & dancing which is wonderful! Food is good... even when I had restricted eating requirements, Chef delivered an AMAZING dish! Staff is friendly - Club decor could definitely use updating."
"Laura, is the receptionist and is rude as they get. If you have any questions to ask, request that she can transfer you over to someone else. I ask this devil one question and with no reason at all she immediately got an attitude."
"The service is always amazing and personalized. The food and the food options could be a little better. Views from the location are amazing. Perfect location to view events and concerts at Town Point Park, but the club is often not open on weekends."
"The food may be small in portion size but the flavor didn't disappoint. The service was absolutely wonderful and they went above and beyond for our party of 20. Thank you Kiston for making sure our family enjoy our dinner. You and the staff there were wonderful."
