"I have been a long time customer and still am. The drive through clerks are normally very pleasant but walking into the front lobby you get an entirely different experience. I go in with lager transactions or if I have a question, I don’t want to hold up the outside line. Just about every time I go in the clerk is snobby, acts as if you’re bothering them to be there. My perception of their attitude is what counts."

"Notice the majority of bad reviews are based on car loans it's a credit union not called knoxville auto loans people. You cash checks and get money out. Car loans are secondary not primary. Had no issues with KTVA and located all over east tennessee. Can deposit checks through app. And have an amazing fraud protection service. Great credit union. 5 stars. Don't listen to haters on car loans."

"Friendly staff, the call center employees need to learn customer service etiquette. I have another bank account and like most banks are starting to do, if you overdraft and it's less than $5 there is no fee. If you overdraft by .01 this bank charges you a large fee. I spoke with a call center employee and mentioned the less than $5 and he said there is no bank that does that! YES there is I'll not mention the name here but it is a local bank. This bank does not post transactions in order as they come in. A direct deposit from ebay came thru on Sat. Had to buy postage for out going packages Monday and they charged an overdraft fee because they don't processes deposits on the weekend. Don't you think they should post them first thing on Monday morning before they start posting debits for Monday? This practice as it was explained by the call center employee seems very unfair to the customer and sett a financial institution up to do questionable practices."

"Tva is by far the best Credit union and/or bank period. When in Iraq I was still able to do banking and the kingsport branch literally help me in so many ways, Thanks Linda. Flew a flag over Iraq and had it certified to bring back to them for all they done for me. Best group of people ever from member service to every associate that works there are and have always been awsome. Not kin to the ketron before me lol I have been with them for over 20 yrs"

"I called ahead b.c I had not worked with them before. They are so polite! The gentleman at the drive-thru however... I'll be going inside from now on irregardless of my pain level. The picture of my car is the only car I've ever financed and they have me a good deal."
