"Took a title to be transfered to my name on a vehicle I bought on 6-3-21. They told me probably about a month given covid. Even though we're passed that. I waited until 7-9-21 to call. Tried calling a couple times then. A few times Saturday 7-10-21 and once Monday 7-12-21 all of which rang busy. Then I went in person right after I called on 7-12-21 to find that they were not busy at all, one person there and they had the phone off the hook just sitting on the counter. Extremely poor service and professionalism. To top it off the title was dated 6-23-21 so they had it for 2-3 weeks and never contacted me."
"Not sure who helped us, but everyone was professional, quick, and polite. We live in beckley and tried getting the car we just bought registered at a+ license near hobby lobby in beckley and the staff was rude and was trying to get us to do unnecessary extra stuff like a notarized bill of sale and also wasnt going to help us unless we went and bought gloves to wear in the store (wouldn't have cared if they provided them) decided to take the 30 min or so drive down to Princeton and they got us in and out in less than 15 minutes, would highly recommend to avoid the poor service at a+ and the hassle you go through at the dmv"
