"Worst customer service ever! This Springfield, VA branch does not even deserve one star! Went there on several occasions on a normal business hour and the staff, most of the time, refused to accommodate customers because he says "he's busy". People usually drive a long way just to send packages at this branch and it's really annoying when the guy refuse to accommodate us and even worse, they close the store just like that - whenever they want it even if it is during their normal business hours. No one answers the phone even if you call every half an hour. What kind of a business establishment is this? Called their 1 (800) number 3x times (on 3 different occasions) to complain in a very calmly manner....the last time was last week....and guess what....the customer service rep is rude in a way that she does not even let me finish my sentence, lol! Very unprofessional.Typical toxic trait."
"Office phone never answered. Messages never returned. Went there twice last week on “Open” days and they were closed. No message left on phone. When they are actually open they are great. Just need a better phone system to provide valid information."
"I arrived during business hours on a Thursday and no one was there. I left a message on their voice-mail and never got a call back. I will have to find a different shipper for sending my things home to the Philippines."
"I recommend calling to verify they are open. Latest hours are till 4:00PM not 6:00PM as on google. They are closed Friday and Sunday. For what LBC does, you can't knock them. Yea, it takes a while to get your box, it goes ground, and it goes out when the next available shipment goes. So be patient. I have used this site for a few years now. I take my boxes there. Use the "address", not any other LBC locations on Google maps in the area."
