"On April 6th, I had a very important event in my life that I needed my hair done in an updo for. I had an appointment way booked ahead of time at ulta salon.15 minutes before I was due to be there, they called and canceled my hair appointment without any explanation or sn apology. I was beside myself as this was a very important event for me! I called ninsi's very upset and desperate and crying. The woman heard my fear and how upset and in need I was for a appointment for my hair, she told me that she would call me back once ninsi came in as they weren't even open yet. I Gung up feeling very hopeful that ninsi could help me. 5 minutes later, she called back and told me to get there asap they were going to help me out! I jumped in the shower and hurried over there as fast as I could go. When I arrived, they immediately started washing and conditioning my hair, and ninsi asked me what I needed and wanted. I told her I had to be done and our by noon, and it was already 1030am. Ninsi said bo problem and got on My hair right away as I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I still felt skeptical that she would be done on time. Well, ninsi was confident she could give me what I wanted, and boy did she ever! Not only did she finish me on time, but my hair looked exactly like the picture I showed her it was absolutely gorgeous! I made it to my event on time, and my hair was absolutely perfect!ninsi also consulted with me about the condirion of my hair and that the salon that had been doing my hair was damaging it. This was ulta salon.i will most definitely be returning to ninsi's salon for my future hair needs. Thank you, ninsi, for making my day and hair beautiful. It was an amazing day!I can't wait to go back and let her start to get my hair back to its normal healthy self.What a great experience I had. Thank you so much again, ninsi. You're the best!!"

"I would not recommend this place to ANYONE in the Hampton Roads area just solely based off the way the owner treated me after spending around $2000 in her services (hair coloring, biweekly blowouts) this year alone. I came into this salon a week ago, I had a blonde balayage that I got done in May and requested to get a toner to neutralize the blonde in my hair. I came up from the washbowl with burgundy brown roots and I was HORRIFIED because I had not requested or asked for this at all. I immediately let the shampoo girl know and Ninsi already was snappy saying it was brown and not red even though I had never asked for either. Was this some sick joke? The shampoo girl told me to just see how it comes out after being blown out. And as I thought, I’ve got burgundy roots and a grown out blonde/black balayage. I got home and immediately told Ninsi via text I was unhappy with my hair color and it wasn’t what I requested. I mean I asked for a toner and somehow left the salon with a different hair color?! Not only that I began to get concerned with my hair state of fixing it right away or just letting it grow out (as anyone would be) and Ninsi acted as if now I was bothering her about hair care and the next steps that should be taken. She also said she would charge me for another blow out after I just paid her $200 for something I disliked and she should have felt inclined as a hairstylist to fix and make right with the client. I am disgusted with her disregard and how unprofessional she is after spending so much money with her. I will definitely be spreading the word about this salon."
