Great Clips

"Before I go anywhere with this, please allow me to take this opportunity to say that as far as a haircut goes this establishment is par for course. It's a clean and neat facility. The manager there is a very impressive individual when it comes to cutting hair, or styling. Some of the other individuals at this particular facility, are either very new or weren't paying very good attention in class. So, having said that, be careful who you choose to cut your hair. P.S. The company as a whole has instituted a Check in Online option, which for some might. Happened to be one of those poor happy Souls that just walks in off the street for a haircut, you're in trouble! Because of this check in online thing, they make you wait until they have seen all the online check-ins first. So, you're going to be there for a minute. I guess the premise of first come first serve is either dying or is already dead.."

"I've had two haircuts at this location, the first was excellent and done by an older gentleman. The second was done by a younger woman who assumed I was military, ignored my requests and proceeded to shave off most of my hair while manhandling the electric razor against my skin. It felt like my head went through a chop shop, the worst and most overpriced haircut compared to result I've had in years."

"The Great Clips salon I went to at Hilltop in Virginia Beach is a bit of drive from our home but my wife and I go there because of the barber/stylist Eric. We both really like him and his abilities. He always listens attentively when we're explaining what we want and cuts it exactly how we ask. This attention to detail is very hard to find. He is also very personable while he is cutting/styling our hair and makes the time go quickly. After he cuts it, I always leave very satisfied with the result. Additionally, the facility is in a nice neighborhood, is always clean, and the other stylists are friendly as well."
