"The online check-in system is my only issue with this place. It's unbelievable. The check-in system said to come at 2:45 after checking in at 12:05 I get there at 2:30 and still sit there waiting until almost 3:30. This place is too expensive to waste 3 hours of my life waiting to leave the house and waiting to get my cut. Especially when the stylists are rushing because they have 60 people in their line. Just do reservations already..."

"The lady begged me to allow her to wash my hair after I said no maybe 7 times, so I said yes to appease her just for her to charge me 15$ for a hair wash?!? That's like 4 bottles of shampoo. I am not impressed by this place.update: I decided to give them another chance today just to be let down yet again. The last I went in I walked in and watched 8 different people who came in after me go first. So this time I decided to take advantage of the early check in just for them to allow three different people who check in after me to go ahead of me. This place is absolute trash. Don't waste your money here."

"I received a great smile when I walked in the door didn't wait long for my haircut a young lady by the name of Brittany cut my hair very professionally, and then shampooed and massage my scalp and provided great customer skills at my visit. Thank you for your professionalism at this establishment Britney. I will definitely be back for my next haircut."

"My boyfriend gets his hair and beard trimmed here and has since they opened this location. Never had any issues with any stylist. He went last month and waited for over 2 hours (which he expected) then the stylist (I won’t name her) proceeded to shave most of his beard off because she had the wrong guard on the clippers. He had told her to use a 3 and she did not. This was after the haircut that she gave him to which she did not oil the clippers and it was pulling his hair when she was using it. The manger tried to fix his beard but it was too late. It had to be evened out just to look right. We were given the owners name and number to reach out. We have called and left several messages and no one will return our calls. I have left messages for the store manger as well and she isn’t calling me back either. I understand that people can have off days. But come on, she’s cut and trimmed him before. She tried to get him to thin it out and he said no, so the fact that it still happened was not just an “off day” she was having."
