"Driver 20 mins late. Called when he arrived but drove slowly by me as I stood at the street at my driveway. After passing me I caught up to the van and tapped on the window. Driver lowered the window and I said I’m your ride. He continued slowly driving forward. I repeated that I was his ride and would he unlock the door so I could get in. He then told me that he didn’t feel safe? I repeated that I was his ride and he replied that he would decide that? I asked him to turn around so that we could get going because he was 20 minutes late and I had a flight to catch. He told me it wasn’t his problem and to get a new ride! I confirmed that he was not going to take me and I had to beg him to do so. If I waited for a different cab I’d miss my flight. Kept telling me it wasn’t his problem. Eventually got me to the airport, but never again! Very strange and frustrating!"

"Ztrip lies when they say they provide wheelchair accessible cabs. I ordered the ride 36 hours in advance. They failed to notify me that they didn't have a driver. Then they lied again saying that they didn't service my area. I contacted Uber and was able to get a ride to my destination. Thank You, Uber."
"Don’t use this taxi service if wanting a pick up from inside Norfolk Naval Station. I booked the cab the previous day and they said they could pick up on the base. Driver called 5 mins out to say he didn’t have a base pass. I arranged to meet him at the gate and walked in 90F heat but he never showed. Nearly missed my flight."
