"Being a current tenant of these properties, especially the one off Lake Park Drive I can say they are very very nice for the price that you’re paying which is relatively low compared to other properties and the newly renovation plus appliances included. I continue to get compliments on how nice my apartment is, I could honestly live here forever if I did not have the desire to own my own home, the landlord assistant and others in the office are very professional, very kind and thoughtful. The maintenance man is very prompt, very professional, talented and skilled, and very trusting I work During the daytime so with my permission, he comes in to change the filters once a month on my heat pump unit to do any other type of maintenance that I request never any problem whatsoever recommend this place for ranting. I cannot stress how highly I recommend these property rentals. It does not look like your traditional plain apartments, there is nothing plain about the apartments and for their price you cannot be them"
