"My visit to this hair salon was disappointing. I went in for a blow-dry, but the hairdresser did a poor job, leaving me with frizzy hair and flyaways. When I asked for a fix, she responded rudely and seemed annoyed. Unfortunately, she refused to provide her name for management contact, only mentioning she was the only Iranian girl. I won't be recommending this place to others."

"This was the absolute worst hair salon experience that I have ever had. First off, I made an appointment well beforehand and when I showed up no one was interested in helping. Finally a got a lady who was so incredibly rude and aggressive. She burnt my scalp multiple times and when I pulled my head away she yanked my hair back and said uh where are you going? I told her what happened and she continued doing it. Then in the middle of brushing"

"I travel from Ashburn Virginia to this location every few months, bypassing several other locations near me, because of the stylist Kim I have been going to for years first at Reston and when that location closed to Vienna. I don’t have to explain what needs to be done, she calls to remind me, and she is very careful given covid to make sure I am safe. Its pretty busy and it is a long return trip but worth the drive."
