"This hair dresser does not listen to your directions. Do not go here if you have and want to keep long hair. She took ten inches off my hair, then preceded to use a straight razor in an attempt to add layers. My hair was crazy uneven with chunks taken out. Then tried to convince me my hair was dead and needed to be cut that way. It wasn’t. Not worth the high cost to be depressed for months waiting for it to grow back."
