"Terry cut my hair. she did it rushed and it was a simple little fade she messed up in the back. definitely not coming back, I even gave a tip.. I'm very upset, the only one that cuts my hair right is the African American lady, she's sweet and she does it right. Terry rushes and I'm very upset with the result I have to hide for 2 months. I'm spending my money somewhere else."

"3 times in a row I've visited for a simple haircut during non busy workday hours. 1st time lady was going to lunch said it would be an hour. African American lady was getting off. 2nd time was asked if I had appointment. I said no and was told 2 hour wait because only 2 people working! 3rd time was told the same 2 hour wait. Absolutely ridiculous! Get it together!"
