"I booked the Mother & Daughter pack as an early birthday treat for my nearly 8yr old. We were pampered in the beauty section by the lovely Tori. So happy with the haircut/style for us both and my little one even had her nails done. A wonderful experience and will now be our regular salon. Such an amazing salon for kids of all ages, highly recommend!"

"1 star for long wait times and repeat last-minute cancellations by the providers. Sharkey's is a cute concept -- I really wanted to love this place, but the customer service and management are awful. The first time I took my kids there, the staff had no record/awareness of our appointment (even though I'd received text and email confirmation of the appointment time), so we had to wait half an hour to be seen. Then, a few months later, I tried to book another appointment. This time, the stylists cancelled the appointment twice in a row with barely any notice. The first time, the person who called me said the stylist had an emergency and couldn't make the appointment; the second time, the stylist called 30 minutes before the appointment time saying she wouldn't be able to keep the appointment because of an "last-minute staff meeting" scheduled by the manager. Seems strange that management would cancel the appointments of paying customers in order to have impromptu staff meetings, but there you have it.... It's too bad that this location is so poorly organized -- Falls Church could use a good kids' haircut place."

"We have been going to this location for a few months. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer kids balloons and lollipops, making the haircutting experience relatively less stressful (as far as toddlers are concerned)."

"The place is super cute with a lot entertainment for the kids while they are getting their hair done. The staff is very friendly and professional. My son was playing his favorite video game while was getting his hair cut. He left tue place with a ballon and lollipop. I will definitely go back."
