"I had to rewrite my shampoo blow dry, flat iron experience review since the original one got removed. It occurred in Sometime 2023. The reason for this re-edit is because someone else had written a review about additional receiving a head massage during her visit. Is it true? If so, why was I not offered the same treatment? As a 40-year-old Asian female with brown hair dye, I feel that I was treated very differently. My experience involved sitting there for 10 minutes past my appointment time while the lady who was supposed to shampoo me was conversing with the receptionist about her family life. It was unprofessional, and she later called me for the shampoo. unapologetically , she then moved on to the supposed "shampoo," but the water temperature was not consistent. The shampooing process was very brief. Not to mention the lack of a proper massage. Since I have colored hair, I am not even sure if she used a color-protect shampoo. She inquired if I desired a flat iron, and I responded “yes”. Subsequently, she mentioned that there would be an extra charge. I had hoped that perhaps she would do a better job with the flat iron, but unfortunately, that was not the case. She took a large section of my hair and tried to flat iron it while it was still damp. If I could, I would give this experience zero stars. If I am paying $$ amount, shouldn’t I get $$ treatment?"
