"I set my first appointment and heard from someone else the stylist made a Facebook post planning to reschedule her allotments for the weekend (mine was on a Saturday). I never got any notification I had to find her on Facebook bc the website has an incomplete number and reach out to her myself. After agreeing to reschedule for the next Saturday, she didn’t even show up. No call, text, or message. I sent her messages on Facebook trying to see where she was and if I was getting my deposit back, she ignored Both messages. So I had no services and apparently I’m not getting my money back. Unbelievably unprofessional!"
