"They do great work. Not expensive either. You can always find them in Walmart. I had my nails done 2 weeks ago and still going strong. Yes this is a mood change polish. Too cold, they change to purple, too warm they turn green. I apologize, but this review is for the Regal Nails store in the Walmart in Sam's circle in Chesapeake."
