"Usually I get great service and my nail look decent but today I was directed to a NEWER nail tech that seem to practice doing my nails full price and this was the result. They look HORRIBLE. I didn’t want to make a scene. I didn’t have the time to wait for her to get it right I just wished they supervise the new nail tech getting into the business. People pay their hard earned money and to pay $40 to look like this, is disgusting. No cuticle clean up nor lotion application. Sorry, but she need supervision before releasing her to qualify. Nail bed looks horrible! Quality looks like homemade."
