"I get a short buzz cut - simplest haircut there is, but my hair grows in all different directions. This requires multiple passes in all directions. My stylist did a great job, with both the haircut, edging and eyebrows. Excellent experience and look for her next time."
"Worst haircut of my life. I have never cried after getting a haircut but this is basically a mullet. After I said some of the layers were way too short she just kept cutting. Now I have to pay for another haircut elsewhere to get it fixed (what they can fix, which isn't a lot) and wait for my hair to grow out. Not only is the haircut awful, she didn't say anything when I said I didn't like it, and yanked my hair multiple times with the comb. Completely unprofessional. I called the 1800 number (as requested in their reply) and they forwarded my complaint to the owner. They have not bothered to contact me. Not surprised. Great Clips is absolutely horrible. Seriously, find ANYWHERE else to go."
"My children went to great clip to get a "normal hair cut". The younger one has his hair line all over on the sides and the neck. The older one had a big chunk missing. I returned back to ask about the manager and was told that the manager was not there but will call back. Never received any call . I am totally disappointed with the workmanship and the subsequent customer service. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE EVER. Not worth a single star."
