"I'm so disappointed in the service I got today. When I met the owner the first time I went she was amazing. I even suggested her business to alot of people. BUT Whatever family member she had in there today was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. MY 12 YEAR OLD WENT THROUGH the door and spoke she said nothing. I asked her about braiding hair how much was it her response was " I won't know unless you bring it here" then I also asked her about the different water wave hair she just pointed to where the hair would be and that's it never left her seat or got off of her personal phone call. It was by far the worst customer service I have had there. I would of have drove down the street to the other hair store but since I had a good experience with the owner I paid. But this is unacceptable."
