New Nails

"Frat time trying them—had a wonderful pedicure that wasn’t rushed. Overlay on my nails was beautiful and even and again he was not rushing to finish. Price was great as well. I’ll be returning for sure."

"I've been here twice. The 1st time I was satisfied. My last visit left a very bitter taste. An older lady did my shellac polish change. She was very nice, but the quality sucked. I was told to come back and she would r, however, I didn't want her to redo because she's not efficient and my last visit was not satisfying. Considering she took longer than what I'm use too I didn't have the time for her to redo everything at the time. Today I go in and they wanted to charge me to redo when I showed proof of the poor job that was originally done. It looks like my child did my nails and toes. I figured after a couple days of bathing the excessive polish will come off, but it didn't. My polish is uneven on my nails in which the lady stated...I should've used white underneath after polishing both hands...smdh! Never again...Going forward they will not get my business. ***As an owner you NEED to take responsibility for the messy job that your staff performed. I'm currently getting this 4 layered nail polish taken off and it's painful and very time consuming because polish is on my skin. I paid for the service that took 2 hrs which typically takes 1hr tops (shellac polish change no design or anything). I was the last customer so asking you all to correct at that time was not going to happen being that I had somewhere to go. However, today when I came in and I showed pics from the next day of me getting this poor service not only was I ignored for a few minutes, but your response was I needed to pay for polish. But it's definitely a lesson learned because I will not be disloyal to my nail tech again. Extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. AND YOU HAVE A NICE DAY because I will."

"This place is under new management. Please do not let the old reviews (previous to March 22 2023) deter you from checking them out. Tracy is the new owner, and she's excellent! She pays close attention to detail and really listens and executes what her customer wants with a positive attitude. She takes her time and don't make you feel rushed. Tracy has been my nail tech for the past 5 years and I've never had a complaint. Her new shop is newly renovated, fresh, luxurious, and immaculate with excellent customer service. I definitely will be returning."
