"I wanted highlight mary insisted on bleaching my hair. She didn’t lift it enough used the wrong toner and now look at my hair. She then told me come back next day refused to style. I’m in tears have to elders a hate because she messed up so bad. mind you i just wanted highlights to cover my roots that were grown in my blonde was beautiful blonde high lighted hair. Now it’s falling out she destroyed my hair saying it’s someone else’s fault. she wasn’t even on time to our appointment. She can’t color blonde hair. Maybe other colors but she is guessing. i know more and i’m not licensed."
