"I just had the worst beauty service experience today. I paid for a full glam $60 make up session, and the result was absolutely horrible. The make up artist messed up on my eyeliner four times to the point that I suggested to apply my own eyeliner. She also put two very dark eyeshadow shades at the end of my eyelids without even properly blending them, which made my eyelid look very dark, and she ended up wiping the whole thing off. when she did wipe it off, she left residue of the prior eyeliner that was applied to my eye. The face make up was done at such bare effort. I requested full coverage, and NONE of my dark spots were concealed. When she applied my concealer, she was in such a rush to finish up that she left spot that she never even blend it out. I had to tell her that she left spots of concealer that weren’t blend it on my skin. Overall I wasted $60 for something I could’ve done a lot better on my own."
"I would never call anyone out for something, but my hair was destroyed and still has problems.. I usually can make things work if the shades off or something. But I had lines from bleeding from the hair dye all over my hair, and right in the front of my hair line. This lady should not be doing hair if she doesn't know the basics of hair coloring and technique. They refuse to give me my money back but I have spent another 100 to fix it. They keep saying come back and get it fixed.. why would I make that mistake again? So you can make it worse. No thanks. Ill be fighting to get my money back."
"I had my eyebrows laminated and Nicole Peters did a good job doing mine. It was my first time as well so she was telling me every step, making sure she’s doing it right, and she was so kind and friendly. Would definitely go here again and rebook her❤️ she healed my heart. 11/10"
