"My first time making an appointment was changed at the last minute so that my appointment was moved down. While making the appointment the owner didn't ask any probing questions about my hair, due to the miscommunication she mistakenly scheduled me for a shorter appointment time than would've been needed. She seemed more interested in the other client she was talking to and said very little to me. The cut was great and the prices were reasonable but due to these issues I won't be returning."
