"I accompanied my son to the barbershop and presented a photo of the desired haircut. Despite the barber agreeing to it, my son's hair was styled in a completely different manner than what we had discussed. When I complained, the man pretended not to understand English. I will never set foot in that place again. I've given one star, because zero stars is not an option."
"I went in with high hopes for a specific hair color, but unfortunately, my expectations were unmet. I expressed my concerns, and the hairdresser said she would fix my hair. Unfortunately, when I returned a month later, my hair was left damaged, leaving it dry and brittle."
"They totally messed up my friend's hair and said they would fix it. Then, when she came back they messed it up more and totally damaged her hair. She now has to wait for it to grow out or smth. They also don't know cosmetology because they said "red hair dye is irremovable" but that is also false. Don't go here if you have a dye job too complicated because they can't do it."

I had dyed my hair black and wanted to change it but thought it would be impossible but she did a strand test and then lighten, colored and cut my hair BEAUTIFULLY I feel like a new person! LOVED IT! Will definitely be going back!"
