"I booked an appointment and mentioned that it would be great if they could schedule all my services around the same time. They got back to me the next day, saying it was doable, so I trusted them and didn't make any other appointments. But on the actual day, they called to reschedule for an earlier slot, which I couldn't make. I had to ask why, and honestly, it felt pretty unprofessional and disappointing."
"Elizabeth is an amazing esthetician! I have had several extractions and specialty facials from her. She is very well informed on different procedures and treatments and always tailors it for you. She really took the time to analyze my skin type and based on that and the my color, help pick treatments that would work best for my skin. We have done one micro needing treatment so far and I am seeing a noticeable reduction in acne scaring. I highly recommend her!"

"This place is incredible. I scheduled my bridal hair and manicure/pedicures for my wedding party. I accidentally made a complete snafu and had the wrong day booked! The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate us last minute. They even let me set up a little mimosa bar for the girls while we were getting ready. Everything was perfect. I was so nervous, but they did a fantastic job making things go seamlessly. If I lived in the area, this would be my forever go-to spot."
