"I was on the fence between 4 and 5 stars. The front desk and support staff all get 5+ stars, they are absolutely fantastic. Being a 36 y/o male on Medicaid, it's EXTREMELY hard to find practices that cover oral surgery, especially extensive ones like mine. Due to poor hygiene and drug use (3 years in recovery now, thank God), my teeth had essentially fallen apart. Constant excruciating pain, infection, teeth breakage, the works. I was a miserable wreck, physically and emotionally. I didnt smile, I was afraid to date, and eating was becoming nearly impossible. Finally, I got in touch with this office and they were SO accommodating. I told them I was looking to do this ASAP, so they got me in for a consult within 2 weeks. This is quick for medicaid offices. The doctor was friendly, but he doesnt like to waste time. Thats for sure. He's very direct and to the point. After the consult, they scheduled me for "e-day" (extraction day) another week away. I was shocked that I was getting in so soon, and actually cried a little because hope was on the horizon. On the day of my surgery, I arrived and was put into the surgery suite. They put an IV in me and I waited for about 30 minutes. Dr. Longwe comes in, says hello, and that I'm not going to remember anything, and not to be scared. He was comforting and polite. I absolutely fear the dentist and my anxiety is very high...so much so that it peaked my blood pressure enough to cancel procedures at previous dentists. I really don't remember anything. They injected me with meds and poof, I was out. I woke up gently while they were finishing my sutures and I was out the door within the next 30. I had 26 teeth extracted in less than an hour. I was shocked. I felt nothing. The office called me twice within the next few days to check up on me. The pain got pretty bad after the anesthetics wore off, and the recovery is tough, but its so worth it. I now have permanent dentures and will eventually get implants. Why 4 stars? Dr. Longwe could certainly spend a little more time speaking to patience, and his bedside manner could use a little pillowing. Other than that, a great experience."

"Was referred to this office to get my wisdom teeth removed. There was a minor hiccup when I arrived, but the staff was able to work some magic and get my extraction done! The staff & Doctor were amazing and comforting. The Dr had my teeth out in 20 minutes and I’ve had no bruising and very minimal swelling. The healing process has been super smooth! Definitely recommend!"
