"Be sure not to miss payments, if you miss 2 in a row you can't pay online anymore. I called Nationwide to try to find out how to pay, they told me call my agent so I did. I also ended up deciding to switch providers as most companies are cheaper. So I called Kenneth trying to figure out what I had to pay and how to do it. Since I was also switching providers he and his receptionist both initially said I didn't owe anything then said I probably did. Kenneth said he would call me back in a few minutes about it, it was my day off so I waited a couple hours for that call. Never hearing back I called him back, but he had gone home early that day. Since he said he would call me back if I owed anything I assumed I was in the clear. Later on I got a collections letter, so I did owe. Missing the payments in the first place was my fault, but I did want to pay once I realized my mistake. I was very clear that that was the most important thing to me, he said he would help, and he didn't. When I called about the collections letter, he basically said there's nothing he can do and he never said he was going to call me back in the first place. Also that he was the wrong person to talk to about that, even though when I called the main Nationwide number they told me call him. 2 stars instead of one because Nationwide is good as long as you remember your payments and he will write your policy quickly when you are getting a new car, but the only time I really needed to rely on him he let me down. Now my credit is probably going to be worse."
