"Ali syed is a very rude disrespectful person. He doesn’t know how to talk with his customers. I have seen a lot of bad reviews about him, but still I have tried to give him a chance but again he failed and was disrespectful. Updates on his review: You can't just give the wrong information... Why are you lying??? You have so many bad reviews here. One free piece of advice: You need to change your attitude and behaviors toward your customers otherwise you will lose your customers and your business too. You can't just blame everyone. You have so many bad reviews and I know you have lost many customers so instead of being bad with customers you need to change your approach and don't give wrong information about someone that you have never met and you don't know anything about them. "This is my first negative review and I always don't like to review businesses negatively but I think for this business I really need to say something.This agent is very rude and very unprofessional. I have been with him for almost 6 years but I never got to talk to him on phone. He used to have an amazing employee (Jessica) she was very helpful on phone and answering all questions whenever we called. Then I don't know what happen but she just left (probably because he was treating her unfairly and rude like the way he treats customers). My insurance bill went up abruptly without any notice or anything. That was so weird because I didn't have any accident or ticket. I called his office to ask what's going on. This guys was not even listening my concerns, he talked all the time and complained like I was asking for favor or something. He kept talking all the time saying how we want good things and don't wanna pay for them. He never answered my question/concern. He was very very rude and unprofessional and I ended up hanging up on him. I have referred two of my friends to him and found out they have had very rude experience with him over the phone too. Now, I decided cancel my insurance and move to another insurance company and actually I am paying less for same policy. And I will convince my friends to move too because they deserve better than this. I have loved state farm insurance but this agent is a mess. My advice is, if you really care about good customer service, don't waste your time with this agent, what he cares about is collecting his paycheck."

"I would give less than 1 star but not possible. This guys is very unprofessional and has a bad attitude. When I was over charged several times I called to ask what the charges were for he told me to come to his office as I am illiterate and don’t understand how to live in America properly. I was told that I wouldn’t understand what he is charging for and he will not explain unless I show up to his office as he has special classes for illiterate people that come from overseas. I have since canceled my policy and have moved to another provider. This guy is the worst agent I have dealt with. Stay clear of this place"
