"Ordered pickup from there. I got there and paid, right after that they told me they were out of GF crusts and offered to make my pizza on regular crust. They would work for me since I ordered the GF because of an allergy. After that they offered me a gift card or a refund. I picked a refund but the manager gave we a gift card instead. It is ridiculous,and they were busy so I just left. I have a family of 5 and most likely will forget about the gift card. Pizza wasn't even that great."
"As always, Mellow Mushroom exceeds expectations wherever you are. The service at this location was fantastic, and both the drinks and pizza were phenomenal. Grateful to find them in an area with almost only fast food and inedible chains! We came two nights in a row and both nights we had lovely servers who made sure we were happy and taken care of. We even got a dough show at this location, as the kitchen is open and facing the dining room! Overall great experience! Mellow Mushroom is the most consistent chain that exists!"
"Great service, but they don't know not to stack customers when the restaurant is empty. The booths to either side of us should have remained empty until more customers filled the restaurant. The place is a little run down; we had to move to a table that didn't rock. The meatballs were barely warm and were served on cold marinara which was a shock to me. But the pizza was good as always. Still we're not going back with so much other great pizza available in the area."
"This location has friendly staff and Vegan pizza I ordered was pretty good. They accommodated me with Tofu instead of Tempeh since they were out. Appreciate the effort."
