"I have been looking for a new mechanic since my good friend, that happened to be a master mechanic, died last Janurary. Until then, all my repairs had been done by my friend. He was honest, fair, and did exceptional quality work. When my brakes failed, I was faced with the daunting task of having to find a mechanic. Because I only had my mechanic work on my car for so many years, I didn't know of anyone else to turn to. I met Geoffrey outside the shop after I had pulled in. He immediately took my information and said that he would look at the car as soon as he could. Sure enough, I did some deligence and saw that Zobster had great ratings with positive feedback from previous customers. That was encouraging. The next day I called about the status of the vehicle and Geoffrey told me that he thought it was the brake booster and that the approximate cost would be at a certain amount; barring no complications. He was still waiting for the part to arrive, so that repairs could be done. I did some research and got some estimates from various local shops about a Brake booster job and sure enough, their estimate were easily 3 - 4 times the amount that I had been told! Most of them cited it was due to this particular job being labor intensive; taking many hours. The following morning I received a call from Geoffrey that the issue was resolved and to come pick up the car whenever I could! The price was amazingly lower than the other shops estimates! I went to the shop to pick my car up and was greeted with a handshake and a card given to show customer appreciation! My brakes has been successfully repaired! Because of their honesty, integrity, promptness, fair pricing, and quality of the work that's rarely experienced today, they have definitely won over a new repeated customer! This business exercises appreciation, honesty, and value for their customers. Zobster will be my car's new repair home shop!"
