"These guys are seriously the real deal. You will not find a better group of professional gentlemen such as these in Norfolk. I came in with a sticky situation of a vehicle. I had my vehicle's windows tinted about 10 years ago and the back windshield started bubbling roughly four years ago. These guys were able to strip the old tint, but not without encountering issues. They explained my options and helped me choose the best one to fit my predicament. Aaron, and I believe his name is Tim, were able to buckle down and provide the best tinting experience. "Don't use this place. My gf's Vday present was ruined due careless workers.Guy ruined my gf's tint and broke a 3rd brake light cover and acted like it was broke before and says the tint I purchased to be installed "had a crease and wasn't enough" then I had to re order a $80 tint kit. Not to mention I was charged $100 for tint removal when I already removed the driver and pass. myself beforehand, a coupe. The tint I purchased I checked beforehand it's shipped properly and was not creased and the kit allows PLENTY extra, I have the same kit for mine and it's enough extra for a windshield. The guy has been rude every single time I've been there and it's the 3rd and final time I'll use this place. Everytime I talk to the guy on the phone he seems upset to receive any business. I did this entire situation for an identical vehicle for $150 total before with them and by the end of it this time it was over $400... don't use them."
