"Greetings, just wanted to share this with the Consumer. The Older Lady at the front desk is Dishonest. She gave me a first quote of $538, & then it changed to $664. Only to find out, when I went there in person to speak to the Mechanic, who told me that No work was ever done yet, as far as Brakes & Rotors. I was only trying to Help a small business out, but never expected this to happen. I also had minimal work done on my Vehicle and still was charged $230. I Never ever paid a price of $87 just for windshield wipers, until now. I paid the Bill and cut my losses. Very Poor Customer Service. Sincerely, Dissatisfied Customer."

I recently bought a used Mustang and they have fixed everything in a timely manner and answered all of my calls/questions. They are super efficient at what they do/service. I am not anywhere near a mechanic, but they explain everything they fix in great detail. I recommend this service center to ANYONE to needs their car serviced. Very reliable."

"I just can’t recommend this shop anymore, it used to be my go-to. Long story short after being at their shop for two weeks for a water pump repair, we found the car had a transmission issue. We took it back, asked them to specifically start by checking the torque converter. After another two weeks at their shop, and having to call every other day for an update, they found nothing wrong with it. After two weeks of essentially not touching the car, they offer to flush the transmission. I go and take the car to another shop and within 4 hours they’re able to narrow it down to guess what….the torque converter. My issues with this shop are: #1 Hands down the worst communication from a business I’ve ever experienced, not once did they call with an update in the 4 weeks our car was at their shop. Not one single time. I either had to call them or physically go to their shop. #2 I told them exactly what was wrong with the car and they still couldn’t figure it out. Insisted they checked it. With zero guidance a different shop figured it out in half a day, versus 2 weeks of “they’re working on it”. This shop used to be great, great communication great service very quick turnarounds etc, now it couldn’t be any further from that. The change of ownership is very evident in literally all aspects of their business. Again, car was there for 10 days for a water pump with zero updates, and another two weeks with zero update and zero diagnosis. I gave two stars because their prices are fair. Minus three stars for everything else, save yourself the possible headache."
