"In regards to the last review. Ketchums will always make right. No negative review should have been posted without going back to them to make right. They stand by their work. They are open and honest. THIS is why they have been in business for over 50+ years. They do no advertising. Only word of mouth. "I had my headliner replaced in my 2010 Honda in summer of 2022. The material is not the same as the original which I was very disappointed with and was not told it would not be the same during the quote. They did call me to tell me the sunroof would not match and ask if I wanted that done but again never said the material was not the same as the original material of headliner with that being said I agreed because I wanted it to match but now my sounroof gets stuck open and I have to close it physically, because the replacement material is to thick, and looks like it belongs in a 70/80's style car. I am not happy and I am looking for another place to have redone yet again. Make sure to ask the right questions"

"I mean WOW! Great bbq, tastey fries and the hush puppy's are good. I gave it a 4 wish there was a 4 1/2 but ive had better hush puppy's. Dont get me wrong They are good but not the best. That held back a perfect. Staff is friendly. Too bad for the masks."
